Commercial office Location: Palo Alto, CA Project Size: 5700 s.f. Description: The project goal was to remodel leased commercial office space for a new tenant. The new tenant is a venture capital firm focused on hi-tech startup financing. The client wanted their office suite to project a sleek, modern look that would complement the firm's focus on high tech business.The design plan incorporates a minimalist theme which allows the subtle colors and textures of the materials to show through. Design elements include custom design anigre casegoods throughout; a honed finished ebony granite bathroom wash basin which contrasts with the beveled edge mirror; and a dramatic skylight in the reception area.
