Description: Renovation and modernization of a 1930's Berkeley, CA residence. The project's goal was to take advantage of the spectacular sweeping views of the San Franciso Bay afforded by the home's location high in the Berkeley Hills. It included a kitchen remodel featuring a large picture window looking toward the Bay; bathroom remodel and upgrades that also incorporate Bay views; a new bedroom addition; an expanded outside deck with hot tub; plumbing and electric modernization; and a seismic upgrade.
